Sakura + Sake Fizz Cocktail

This Sakura + Sake Fizz cocktail uses our Fermented Cherry Blossom Cordial with creamy Negori sake and artisan bitters available in our shop.

This low-alcohol drink features a beautiful blush color from the unfiltered sake and rose syrup. The flavor is sweet, sophisticated and floral with a crisp spring resonance.

RECIPE

1.5 oz Negori Sake

1 oz Fermented Cherry Blossom Cordial

1 oz Rose Simple Syrup

1 Small Egg White

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

10 drops Incendia Smoked Cherry Bitters

10 drops Junio Juniper Elderflower Bitters

1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake until egg white foams.
2. Add a few cubes of ice and shake again.
3. Strain into coupe glasses and garnish with cherry blossoms.
