Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 14-days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
With apologies, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on:
- Samples/Testers
- Consumables/Food
- Clearance items
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A GENTLE REQUEST:
Fragrance is very subjective, and returns can be expensive for small makers like us. They can also create inconvenience for the customer.
We kindly ask customers to purchase samples before investing in larger sizes of fragrance.
