Perfume Bar for Offsite Events
Our perfume bar is available for offsite private events on a select basis.
Guests choose from among ~12 professional perfumer notes. Our perfumer blends their custom fragrance in a quality glass spray vial, and they take it home in a keepsake pouch.
The per person cost for the custom fragrance bar is $25 (5ml) or $35 (10ml). The minimum for offsite events is $500. See below for applicable surcharges
SURCHARGES
- Saturday or Sunday Event: Events held on a Saturday or Sunday will incur a $150 surcharge (to cover staffing costs in our brick & mortar boutique).
- Distance: A $50 surcharge will be applied to all events outside of a 35-mile radius of Boyertown, PA. Events in Center City Philadelphia (and beyond) incur a surcharge of $200.
- Custom Label: For a flat $50 fee, our perfumer, who is also a graphic artist, will design bottle labels customized to your event. (Otherwise, we will use stock labels with our logo.)
BOOKING & DEPOSIT
Please contact erica@hennyfaire.com with questions and to book your event. (Please note that due to staffing issues, we cannot accept all requests for offsite events.)
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance will be due at the event itself.
