Made following an ancient Calabrian recipe, this citron marmalade is rich in fragrance, flavor, and history.
Citron (cedro, cedrat) is a sparkling citrus fruit with an aromatic profile combining notes of bergamot, lemon & lime. This preserve is made using both the pulp and the peel of the citron, but not the pith, for a refreshing spread that is zesty, but not bitter.
