Perfume Bar for Offsite Events

Let your guests experience the fun of fragrance when we bring our perfume bar to your private party or professional event.

Our perfumer will blend a custom fragrance for your guests on-the-spot. Guests experience and select from among ~12 professional perfumer notes. Our perfumer blends their selections in a quality glass spray vial, and they take home their signature scent in a keepsake pouch.

PRICING

OPEN FRAGRANCE BAR (2-Hours) / Up to 15 Guests: We'll blend as many fragrances as your guests like over a two-hour period.

$500 total if within a 25-mile radius of Boyertown, PA.

$600 total outside of 25-mile radius (includes Center City Philadelphia).

PER-PERSON FRAGRANCE BAR (3-Hours) / 16-100 Guests: We'll blend a custom fragrance (10ml spray) for each guest.

$35 per person.

For events outside of a 25-mile radius of Boyertown, PA (includes Center City Philadelphia): a $100 surcharge will be added to the total invoice.

Custom Label: For a flat $50 fee, our perfumer, who is also a graphic artist, will design bottle labels customized to your event. (Otherwise, we will use stock labels with our logo.)

Our minimum charge for an offsite event is $500.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance will be due at the event itself.

A minimum of two weeks notice is required for booking.
